From Odd Forsang in Norway (relayed through Peter Forsang in Sweden):

I have as starting point used your grandmother, Ingeborg, her husband and children.
Ingeborg Pedersdotter, born 1847 in Jämtland, Sweden, came to Norway via Brønø and Kongsvik (in Tysnes rural district [Tysnes kommune], Hordaland county [Hordaland fylke], south of Bergen). She married in 1872 and gave birth to Christina on the 4th of May 1873.
In connection with Christinas baptism on the 23rd of May 1873 in Uggdal church, her parents names appear:
Sailor Sjur Haaversen, born 1842 in Kongsvik, Tysnes and Ingeborg Pedersdotter, born in 1847.

In 1877, Ingeborg gave birth to Rasmus Christian.
In 1879, Ingeborg gave birth to Peter, who died already in 1880.

In 1883, skipper Sjur Haaversen past away.

Ingeborg became a widow at the age of 36.

In 1884, Ingeborg emmigrates to the US via Bergen together with her two children, Kristine, 11, and Rasmus Christian, 7.

Kristine took the name Kongsvig, and in 1890, at the age of 17, Christina Berenthine Kongsvig married Peter Wikström. She gave birth to many children. Christina died 85 years old.

It's clarified that her complete maiden name is Kristine Berenthine Sjursen, and that the name Kongsvig is referring to the place where she grew up, namely Kongsvik.

Ingeborg's father was Norwegian and her mother was Swedish.
